Important Update Regarding Your Subscription

Hello,

This is a bittersweet message, but I wanted to personally let you know that I've decided to end the Seeking Winners paid subscription and today will be the final paid issue sent.

This decision didn't come lightly. When I started Seeking Winners, my goal was to create a newsletter focused on high-quality companies, providing a practical roadmap to unlocking their long-term value potential while helping other investors along the journey.

This newsletter also acted as somewhat of an investment journal and I wanted a place to document my thoughts and join a community of like minded investors and see how that grew and changed over time.

I'm incredibly proud of the work we've done together, and I'm so grateful to have had you as a subscriber.

However, as my own professional goals have evolved, as well as other time commitments have changed I've realized that I can no longer give the newsletter the time and attention it deserves to maintain the high quality you've come to expect. Rather than deliver a lesser product, I believe it's best to bring this chapter to a close.

What This Means for You

Here's a breakdown of what will happen next and what you can expect:

• Billing: All subscriptions will be canceled at the end of August (Sunday, August 31, 2025). You will not be charged again after this date.

• Refunds: For anyone who paid for a subscription period that extends past August 31, 2025 you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You don't need to do anything; these refunds will be processed automatically within 5-10 business days. Please keep an eye on your account statements. I am deeply thankful for your support, readership, and trust. It's been a privilege to write for you.

What's Next?

While the paid newsletter is ending, this isn't goodbye. I will still be writing, but all of the content will be free.

The portfolio tracking will end and the quarterly performance letters will also end, but other content such as blog posts, investment memos and other content will be posted periodically.

If you'd like to stay connected and receive the new, free content, everyone will automatically be converted to a free subscriber on August 31, 2025 and will have access to everything (new and historical).
